About Missy
Missy has begun the search for her forever family, and has taken the hearts of all of our staff and volunteers with her smoochy ways!
Missy is the most smoochiest cat around who loves nothing more than pats and cuddles, and to just be by your side. She is a wonderful lady who would love to have all of the creature comforts in a home.
Having been through a rough time the past week, she is on the path to a great recovery and is almost ready for her forever home.
Missy hasn’t had too much exposure to other pets, but would adjust well with a friendly pooch or feline friend.
Missy’s adoption helps to cover some of her recent medical treatment. She will go to her new home up to date with her flea, tick and worming treatments as well as desexing, microchip and annual vaccination - Missy has also tested negative to the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).
Medical notes
Missy is currently finishing medical treatment for a cat fight abscess under her belly. This has included surgical intervention to drain the abscess, intravenous fluid therapy, along medications and nursing support.
We don’t foresee and major ongoing medical complications once her treatment has been completed, and we are more than happy to discuss further with interested families.
