ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
INDOOR/OUTDOOR -- CHILDREN AGED 8YRS+ -- SECURE FENCING

Franklin is a busy little guy who is on the go most of the time. He is very much a 'pocket rocket' and not ready to be a lap dog. He is looking for a home where someone is home more often than not as he adores playing with his toys - and he needs someone to play with! Franklin would be open to meeting an older, friendly female dog but would also be fine to live along as long as he has plenty of company.

We recommend Franklin for a home with children aged 8 years and older. Please remember that all interactions between children and dogs should be actively monitored.

Due to COVID19 lockdown restraints, we have revised our current adoption process which is now by application only. Please follow this link; https://www.rspca-act.org.au/services/adoption-appointments and complete an application form for the animal you are interested in. Due to staffing and time constraints, it may not be possible to notify you if the animal has already been adopted or if your application is unsuccessful.

Premium Adoption Fee
*Please note that Franklin holds a premium adoption fee. Adoption fees contribute to RSPCA ACT operational costs and help us look after and enrich the lives of other animals in our care that may not find their forever homes as readily. Premium adoption fees are applied based on a number of contributing factors, including but not limited to: individual pet characteristics, behaviour profile, care requirements, registration status, free market principles.

The adoption fee for Franklin is $750.00 which helps to cover the cost of his vaccinations, microchip, dental care and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
