Rory is now ready and would love to find his forever home!
Rory is super cuddly, playful and a very sleepy pup. He loves to be around his humans but is happy chilling at home for a few hours alone while they pop out. Rory likes sleeping alone in the front room or at the end of his humans' bed. He loves to have a sofa nap so it would be ideal to find someone who is happy to have a cuddle on the sofa.
Rory is very playful and still seems quite young in the way he likes to play. We often take him into the garden where he does his zoomies. Rory absolutely loves a neck rub and will often come for a cuddle just to have a scratch!
Rory loves long walks and is very relaxed and good with other dogs, he likes to say hello to everyone and will often approach people for a sniff and stroke. He has spent time with large and small dogs and has paid little to no attention after 10 minutes or so. Although he loves long walks, he is also happy with two or three 10 or 15 min walks a day, as long as he gets to stretch his legs he is a happy pup!
He is house trained and has settled very well living in an apartment. Although house trained and happy to stay home for a while alone, it would be better if he was not left alone for too long.
Rory has shown some signs of sleep startle, although only minor. This is something he is likely to grow out of and is easily managed. However, because of this, we recommend he is in a home with older children who understand to give him space when sleeping.
Rory is the perfect pup if you are looking for an affectionate buddy who loves and cuddles and a snooze!
