About Lucy
Lucy
Lucy is a stunning girl, with a sweet personality who’s looking for an active and interactive household. She is around 8 months old and a beautiful border collie mix.
Daily exercise is a must for her, the more the merrier. She would love to run or hike or bike with her new owners and may make a good sports candidate for the right home.
Lucy is searching for a home that preferably has some working dog experience. She isn’t suitable for a home with cats/pocket pets or poultry. But may suit being in a home with another active dog companion. However she may suit being an only dog if someone was home a little more often than not and looking for their own furry best friend.
Lucy is searching for a home with fencing 6ft and over. But may suit rural fencing for the right application. Her new home will allow her inside especially at night to sleep throughout puppy hood and life.
She is best suited to a home with kids over the age of 10 years as she does tend to herd younger kids when playing.
She is ready to start searching for her perfect match and hopes she doesn’t have to wait too long. Lucy is being fostered in Medowie NSW and is looking for a home in NSW or ACT only. No interstate applications please.
Please no apartments and rental properties must be able to provide written permission for a dog. Her adoption fee is $550.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
