About Koda
**Please note that only applications that meet the adoption criteria will be considered so read carefully**
Koda is looking for his forever home!
His foster carers have said he is the happiest dog they have ever seen. His tail is always wagging and his eyes light up when his humans enter the room.
Koda can be initially shy with new people, but once Koda has settled in, you'll find yourself a friend for life. Koda likes to show his humans just how much he loves them, by giving them kisses on cheek. Koda would suit a home with teenagers or adults only.
Koda could go home with a tolerant, female large breed dog. Koda is still learning about being social with dogs, so he wouldn't be good for dog parks or heavily dog populated places. He is not suitable for a home with small pets or cats.
Koda is a blokes bloke. He is most comfortable around men and can take some time to warm up to females.
If you love to play, go for walks and teach dogs new tricks, Koda would be the dog for you!
If you are interested in adopting Koda, please put in an application today.
**Application Process** When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Craigieburn. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you. www.secondchanceanimalrescue.com.au ...because they all deserve one!
