About Roxie
Roxie is a gorgeous young girl who just wants to be apart of a family and to love her humans. She is such an affectionate pup and loves spending time with her people, weather it be working in the garden, going for walks or playing fetch.
She loves her stuffed toys and will often entertain herself by throwing them up into the air and catching them, then when she thinks no one is looking she will slowly pull the stuffing out and leave it everywhere for her human to find (her favourite part).
Roxie is not house trained and has had no training so will need someone who is willing to put in the effort to take her to training to learn basic obedience. She gets really excited to see her human and jumps all over them, not realising how big and strong she really is, (not suitable for young children or the elderly), she is slowly learning to sit for pats and attention. She has learnt how to sit on command (most times) and she is very bright and clever so wont be hard to train.
She gets along well with other dogs, always wanting to play with them and would love a doggy playmate. She will need to be walked twice a day and will need someone strong and confident to walk her. She pulls quite hard on the lead and is slowly learning not to drag her foster carer along for walks. She does settle a few minutes into the walk and relaxes a bit and loves meeting new dogs and people whilst out on her walks.
She really does just want a human to call her own, someone to love and give big slobbery kisses to. Someone who will train her, walk her and love her like she deserves. Someone she can make laugh with her big, adorable goofyness.
