About Loki
*In foster care in Petersham, Sydney*
Loki is a gentle, affectionate little guy who's always up for a pat and a chat! While a bit timid with new people, he quickly gains in confidence and will follow you devotedly around the house, sit beside you on the sofa and - most importantly - keep watch over you by sleeping on your bed at night :)
Loki just wants to be your best friend, really! Cheeky and playful by nature, he shows lots of curiosity about the world and enjoys bird-watching through the window of a morning. His foster mum suspects he would adore getting outside for some supervised garden time, or hanging out in the sunshine in a secure enclosure.
Like all Maggie's pets, Loki is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be fairly calm and quiet, as I don't like unexpected noises or too much sudden movement. Somebody who is home a lot to keep me company and play with me when I'm in the mood would be purrfect!
I'm have recently turned into a lap but I don't enjoy being picked up, but that might change as I get settled in my new home.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm still practically a kitten, so I love to play! My favourite activities are chasing string or food treats, climbing the furniture (maybe you can get me a cat tree?), and doing occasional zoomies around the house.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Although I haven't lived with any children yet, I think older kids who'd give me my space when I need it would make lovely housemates!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I might like having a friendly feline sibling! Not so sure about dogs...

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
