Requirements:
• A home with another friendly (and possibly playful) dog or two.
• A home with a decent backyard, where the dogs can explore when left alone, but one where they're also welcome inside. (Couch cuddles being allowed are a bonus).
• A stable environment where Albus will not be left without company for extended periods, with owners who are comfortable navigating mild separation anxiety.
With a goofy and friendly attitude and the most regal of snoots, Albus is a tripawd who's equally comfortable snuggling at home for hours, as he is having (and winning) a solid wrestle with another pup. The most popular of dogs, it's not uncommon for him to be going through the park on busy days and to overhear 'See that guy? He's my favourite' from people we don't even remember having met.
While he's gone through a lot in his life, this hasn't impacted his relationships. From babies (he's great with kids) and young pups hysterically jumping all over him, to aggressive dogs getting up in his face, he takes it all in his lop-sided stride and either just goes along with it, or moves on.
Unfortunately, COVID didn't do any favours for his separation anxiety. While he can stay in other rooms by himself and be home alone for a short period of time, he doesn't love being in a small townhouse. His current owners are expecting a baby and will be travelling for 1–3 months a year, and he'd really benefit from a more stable environment.

Medical notes
Conditions: Front left leg amputated: still very active and mobile, but may change into old age. Moderate separation anxiety: he's currently on medication and on a training program, but doesn't necessarily need to be if he has other dogs and space. He's not destructive or self harming in any way, but whines and gets stressed when left alone.
