She’s a quiet loving little girl who has been doing it tough on the streets, having litter after litter. She is estimated to be around 3 years old and has been doing an amazing job bringing up her current kittens. She was catching rats to survive according to the family who discovered she had given birth in their backyard. So if you also need a good mouser then look no further!

Fortunately, we were able to take them all into care as soon as we were notified. And it’s very lucky we did as it turns out poor mumma had two abbesses on her body from being bitten that had gotten badly infected. She was taken straight to the vet and received medical treatment right way. She is now healing well although she has a little hair to grow back!

It’s obvious that at some point she was someone’s pet as she is super chill and friendly around everyone and makes sweet trilling sounds when you talk to her and just loves to be patted and rubs herself around your legs.

Now it’s this gorgeous girl’s turn to be spoiled and looked after in her very own loving forever home. She will need to be an indoor only cat or in a fully enclosed cat run where she can hang out and bask in the sun safely.

Tallulah is a healthy raw fed cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #991001004570392, source #RE101165). She is available for adoption right now! Her adoption fee also includes her second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.----------------

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from Cat People of Melbourne. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
