* A large property or country setting would be ideal

* An active compatible resident dog preferred but not essential in the right home
* Best suited in a home with plenty of human company
Light on his feet when jumping up on the couch for a cuddle, and loves to chase the ball. He will stop for a laydown and breather for a couple of minutes, but once he has caught his breath, he is straight back up and at it for more fun!
A large yard, or country setting would be perfect for McFly, he loves being outside with space to run and sniff. He does use the dog door, and has picked up house training quickly - in a new environment this may take a little bit of assistance.
A country boy at heart, Mc Fly is still learning about how wonderful the world can really be! He is looking for a home where his humans will help him to be brave and will support him in exploring his surroundings with courage.
He may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but what he lacks in smarts, he makes up for in personality. By showing this big smooch plenty of patience and understanding while learning to be his best self, you will be rewarded tenfold with a loving and loyal lifelong companion.
McFly didn't have much exposure to normal dog life when he was growing up but he really wants to please his humans and be loved. On leash hes a ball of muscle who needs a strong owner who can manage him, a halti would be good to assist with maintaining control of a boy who likes to follow his nose and sniff all of the roses
he does not seem to have been socialized in his past life, and needs support in learning good manners when meeting new friends. He is still working out that his over excited in your face greeting routine doesn't go down well with all dogs! When introduced with guidance and reassurance, he has shown to be a great foster bother to our resident dog and they play really nicely together.
He mostly ignores our chickens; they are in their fenced run, which he could easily break into if he wanted to. However, we would not leave him outside by himself without us being in hearing range. Which is funny as when out on walks he chases the birds if they are close. So it much be the movement he is interested in.
If you need to leave the house for an extended time, a plan will need to be put in place to train McFly that he has not been abandoned. brain games, things to chew and occupy this big beautiful boy are a must.
He is a loving boy, who has a lot of love to give and life to live.
If you have patience, experience with this breed and training, along with the need of a second Shadow - McFly is your boy.
