Socks

SOCKS #2780 is a lovely six month old pup that is a mix of english pointer, bull arab and probably a few other things too! He is an intelligent, active fellow that is looking for a home that can keep him stimulated and occupied, ideally on a rural property. He gets on well with other dogs and will play endlessly with any other young dogs he comes across, though he is probably too much for an older dog to handle on a daily basis. Socks has fitted in well to his foster home and has become a firm favourite with his foster mother for his intelligence and charm. He does, however, need firm and consistent direction while he is going through the 'teenage' stage, and would be better suited to an experienced dog owner. The few times Socks has been taken into town he has found it very overstimulating and has a tendency to bark, more exposure to the sights and sounds will help this enormously but we think he will do much better in general if he lives in a rural setting. He would be a great mate for a single person or fit in well with a family with children over 12. Socks will be desexed, chipped, vaccinated, worm/flea treated and vet checked.
