😻 A delightful companion 😻

- Ash is a beautiful boy inside and out. He's an absolute joy to have around. He is great with kids and other cats, he uses his litter tray like a pro, and he's not a fussy eater.
- Ash likes to be up high, and would be thrilled if his new home included a cat tower. He doesn’t seem interested in trying to get outside, but might well enjoy an enclosed area to nap in the sun.
- Ash tolerates his disinterested dog housemate, but is not enthusiastic about interacting with them.
- Ash needs a bit of time to feel confident in a new space, so his new family will need to be patient with him and go to him for cuddles until he's ready to start exploring his new home. He doesn't like to be picked up/carried, but he's a very sweet boy who absolutely adores pats and kisses.
- Overall, Ash is a pretty chill and relaxed boy, and will make a delightful companion in a loving home.

Our adoption process includes a two week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.

SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
