About Precious
Little miss Precious has begun the search for a forever family!
This cutie is going on 17 weeks old and adores snuggles and kisses.
She is super playful little lady, but at the end of the day she just adores curling up in someone’s lap after a good day of play!
Little miss Precious would suit a wide range of family homes, including other pets. She has had a small amount of exposure to other animals, we believe she would adjust well with almost any friendly pet.
She is a very social little puppy and just loves to explore and interact with people she would love to find a family that she can call her own. But one that can also teach her how wonderful it is to be a puppy!
Dear Precious came to us with injuries and a blood infection sustained after a dog attack which left her with an in operable leg fracture so it was recommended that it be removed for the best chance at recovery.
Long term three legged dogs may be prone to earlier onset arthritis in the weight bearing leg, but with early intervention or treatment it can help.
Precious’ adoption fee helps to cover a small amount of her leg amputation, desexing surgery as well as her microchip and will go to her new home up to date with her first and second vaccination, intestinal worming, flea and tick treatment.
Friendly reminder that we can only accept expressions of interest via Pet Rescue Profiles only.
Medical notes
Dear Precious came to us with injuries and a blood infection sustained after a dog attack which left her with an in operable leg fracture so it was recommended that it be removed for the best chance at recovery. When Precious was recovering from surgery she did however require a blood transfusion to help get her on track with recovery. Precious is adapting extremely well to life with only three legs.
When Precious came to us she also had a coccidia burden which she has recovered well from also.
Long term three legged dogs may be prone to earlier onset arthritis in the weight bearing leg, but with early intervention or treatment it can help.
