About Scrat & Puss
These two are so in love with each other! And in turn you will fall in love with them! Scat & Puss can be seen curled up & often paws around each other in their hammock whiling the day away. Brother & sister they are just over 7 years old & have been together all of their lives. They were rescued as kittens by a couple who love them dearly but their expanding family brought children who developed allergies and they had to make the hard decision to surrender these beautiful kitties.
Scrat & Puss lived with a dog and another cat. They were based indoors but had access to an enclosure in the yard before they came to SAFE. Because Scrat has a white nose we would advise they both be kept indoors and out of the sun. Their former owners describes Scrat as a 'big cuddly furball' and Puss as 'quiet & affectionate'.
Scrat is a little bolder and adapts within a few days to new environments but Puss is more cautious and will take a little longer to settle in. Both cats like to be stroked and tolerate being picked up - mind you they are quite big (but not in a fat kind of way...) so you might not be up to that challenge! They will fit into most households and have lived with children, a dog & another cat - but they must be adopted together as they are family.
If the statements below describe you & your home, please call 0404 753 227.
I will keep Scrat & Puss indoors &/or give them access to an enclosed shaded outside area
I understand that Puss will take a week or so to adjust to her new home
If Scrat & Puss aren't the cats for you please monitor our website for your perfect match!
