Hey there, I'm Arnold - regal prince and guard-cat of your couch!

I'm looking for my forever home with some loving humans! I'm a bit of a grandpa so I'm looking for a nice, quiet and relaxed home where I can lounge around in the sun, get lots of belly rubs and sit on the windowsills looking around at the world.

When I'm not being lazy I am super keen to play with mom - usually in the evening when I feel like jumping around! So far cat toys have been ok, but I've been particularly fond of silk ribbons and shoe-laces - they are the best! Another past-time is playing hide & seek in the closet - but I'm not that great at this game so my foster mum usually finds me pretty quick and rewards me with a cuddle.

Oh cuddles! Where do I start - I love them almost too much, my foster-mum sometimes gets surprised when I creep up at her when she's working asking for a head scratch or if I'm super needy she will get a welcome guest in front of her Zoom camera, what can I say I'm too handsome to not be seen by all this world! Once I get comfortable with people I enjoy sleeping with them in their bed - curling up at your feet is my comfy spot! However, if you do sleep in I might wake you up with a scratchy lick on your face ;)

I am a super chill cat that is happy to be picked up, carried around all day and will be happy to sit on your lap while you work! I have the loudest purr (particularly for head scratches) and loooooove getting a good brush, gotta keep up my good looks you know?

If I could choose a celebrity I would be George Clooney - the silver fox your family has been looking for! Can't wait to meet you!

Arnold does have some ongoing medical needs: He has some arthritis that will need management and pain relief as needed.

Arnold is also FIV positive which means he will need to be indoors only, and without other cats.
