About Jack DL2738
Jack needs a foster or forever home!
Jack is a sweet boy, he only wants to make you happy. He is a quick learner and is very well behaved, whether it is at home, on walks, or on trips, and he loves meeting new people and dogs.
He walks besides you and always listens when you call him, he does get very excited when he sees other dogs or people, but he doesn’t bark or jump just wags his tail a lot! He hasn't been tested with cats. He has met kids quite a few times and he is always very gentle with them, he just sniffs them and licks, but doesn't jump up.
Jack knows a bunch of tricks, such as: “sit”, “paw”, “other paw”, “spin”, “out” and waits for you to say “go” to eat his food. He loves food and will do anything for treats. He is very eager to learn and is capable of learning many more tricks with you.
He would be suited to an outdoorsy family, as he loves his walks and behaves wonderfully on camping trips. Preferably a house with a garden/backyard as he is quite big. Just give Jack time to settle in, as he has separation anxiety when in an unfamiliar place, however once he feels at home, he is fine to be left while you work.
Jack enjoys playing with his toys, especially his little teddy bear. He loves going for walks in the park and getting lots of cuddles. He adores going to the beach to jump in the waves and swim around.
Jack can't wait to find his new home! Email DFLrescue@gmail.com today to apply.
Medical notes
At ~25-30kg, Jack is a large sized adult dog.
