Hi there, I'm Valentina! Thanks for checking me out, I'm super cute aren't I?
Well today's your lucky day because I'm looking for my furrever home which could be with you! I'd love a home where I can spend all day lazing around, playing with other friendly furry cat friends and of course some very loving humans who will unconditionally love me and shower me with treats and chin rubs!
Let me tell you a bit about me! I grew up on the streets for the first few months of my life, which means I had to look after myself but it also means that I'm kinda scared of humans - until they can earn my trust that is!
When I was around 7 months old, I was rescued by some lovely humans who then looked after me giving me lots of yummy food, love and patience but I was still a bit scared, I needed a bit more time in a new environment.
I was then taken by a very lovely couple who took me in as their foster kitty.
I've been living with them and their cat Winchy who has become one of my best friends! I have made so much progress in the one month or so that I have been living with them. At first, I didn't trust them and I hid under the stairs and barely ate my food! But soon I realised that they weren't going to hurt me and having their cat there really helped give me confidence! Winchy and I started playing (and also fighting hehe) and now I am so comfortable and no longer feel like I have to hide.
I have not been tested with dogs.
I spend my days sleeping and sunbaking out in the open, playing with Winchy chasing him around the house and also being chased, getting lots of chin rubs from the humans (I loveeee chin rubs, they make me purr so much!!), and eating lots of yummy food - including treats.
During the night, I often love going and sleeping on the bed with the humans and sometimes even playing with the human's feet and waking them up! I don't love being picked up at the moment but I think with a bit of time and treats, I will start liking it! I loveee long dangly, stringy toys and they make me jump super high! I'm super fun to play with and am a complete bundle of energy.
Having spent most of my childhood in the outdoors and knowing how difficult it is out there, I'm much more comfortable indoors where it is safe and familiar so please don't let me go outside! If you want me to be a part of your family, I will probably need a little bit of time to get used to you but with time and patience, I will show you how much I can love - and trust me for such a tiny cat, I can love soooo much! I would love a home with another friendly cat as I just have so much fun with them.❣
