About Mia
Mia's motto is Keep Calm and Carry On. The six-year-old is a gorgeous calico cat. Even though she is only a cat, Mia demonstrated that she understood the real meaning of the British Bulldog Spirit when she was left to fend for herself for ten days after her human mother passed away. With only her cat companion, Georgia for company, the forgotten pair somehow managed to scrape together enough sustenance and water to keep going. (If they were human animals, the mass media would have been clamouring to obtain their story with offers of riches beyond their wildest dreams.) Mia is a very friendly girl who loves human company – she can't get enough human attention. Her favourite activity is to snuggle up on her foster dad's chest for some nice one on one time. She also enjoys sleeping in the most unusual places such as under bed covers and in backpacks. As she is a bit of a tubby girl, she will need to have a managed diet.
Mia is happy to be solo or with other cats that will give her space and not mind that she hogs all the lap space 😉

Adoption details
Our adoption process starts with a phone call, an informal chat & organise a time for a home inspection - this is the best way to ensure a good human/cat match. The adoption application is then forwarded to the Foster carer who will call to arrange a meet & greet. All going well you may be able to take your new furbaby home that day.
