About Tilly
Hi there! My name is Tilly - I am a 6 month old kelpie cross girl. I am very active, engaging, smart and cheeky. I love my food, playing with my toys and doing zoomies!
Tilly's perfect home would be where she can do her zoomies but also have structure. Tilly is very active and smart, she needs her brain as well as her body to be regularly exercised. Tilly is also very playful and enjoys the company of other playful dogs.
Tilly is very smart and cheeky. She is very social with other dogs and people. She does not seem to have a lot of fears and has a very sweet nature. She just loves contact and engaging with people. She enjoys working for her food and loves having long lasting chews. Her favourite toy in her foster home is a soft toy, but she also enjoys tugging with rope-style toys.
Tilly is a fast learner, she enjoys her training sessions and she will do well in obedience or any active sports such as agility. She may also do well in tracking or nose sports, but I have not done that many nose games with her other than sniffing out some treats hidden in items.
So far we have been working on place training, confidence (box feeding), engagement and loose leash walking.
Tilly is looking for a home who understand the mental stimulation and physical needs of her breed and are fully committed to ongoing training. Her ideal home would have another active doggy pal to play, lots of space for her zoomies and a family who will include here in their daily lives.
