Casper

Casper is a sweet and lovely boy who has been Waiting patiently for his forever home. He came into our rescue as a kitten and had spent his first year in care. I have no idea why he hasn’t been adopted other than the perfect person is delayed for some reason.
He is a darling, toilet trained affectionate, like dogs and is no trouble.
