Morticia (Morty for short) is a super-sweet and charming little cat! Gracious and ladylike in manner, she's much more of a companion than a playmate - preferring to snooze in the sun (somewhere close to you, if possible) than demand endless games.
This lovely lass adores attention from her favourite humans - and with her loud purr and chatty voice, she'll let you know when snuggles are in order! Her favourite forms of affection are belly scratches and getting brushed :) She loves to supervise your work by finding a comfortable spot behind your laptop and settling in for the day!
Like all Maggie's pets, Morticia is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: ... will be in a low-key sort of environment, with a wonderful single person or couple who can provide all the love, cuddles and company that I need! I'm really not very fussy.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Pretty balanced - my nature is definitely more 'lounge lizard' than 'play demon', but my catnip toys (especially my mouse!) get a good workout too! Oh, and there's always the morning and evening zoomies, of course ;)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm looking for a home without children, please.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: My foster mum reckons I might enjoy having a feline sibling for snuggles and activities! I don't think I'd get along well with dogs, unfortunately.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
