Hugo

Hugo is a typical cattle dog.
He loves his family unconditionally & will protect them & his home as much as he can
He loves going on walks, though he does pull a bit with his enthusiasm to get out there.
Hugo has a protective streak & needs some one experienced with cattle dogs to appreciate why & who he cares for as much as he does.
Hugo is not naughty or vicious but he cares deeply for those he is attached to & will not let strangers near, which can be a bit unsettling if you are not prepared for his behaviour
He loves going for walks, especially out in the bush & loves water & having a refreshing dip.
He is good with older kids, but not so with smaller children who may poke & prod him when he is "on Duty".
Hugo also prefers women to men, probably because they bring out his protective streak.
On saying that, he does have male friends who he knows & loves hanging out with.
Hugo is a great dog, for the right person or family, some one experienced with a typical cattle dog & his dedication to those he has bonded with.
