~*FOSTER VIEW TO ADOPT*~
✨🏕 MEET PAMELA 🏕✨
Hello, my name is Pamela. I came into the care of the Angels after a camper noticed I’d given birth to three beautiful babies in the underneath compartment of her bus, on Friday the 13th no less!
My son Jason and his sisters are all big and grown up now, so it’s my time to look for a place to call my own - or even just somewhere to crash while I keep learning to trust.
I have a long way to go to learn to like people, but I promise if you’re willing to give me a go - I will reward you in a way like no other.
I currently shy away from my foster mum whenever she is around, usually by sinking into my bed or pushing myself as far into the corner as I can (if I can’t see you, you can’t see me, right!). If you get too close for comfort I’ll give you a little spit and a hiss, and maybe a tap just to let you know I’m scared.
I haven’t had the nicest life, I’ve grown up on the street and had a few babies in my time, some of which are adults now and recently were saved too! They started out just like me in care but are now in their own forever homes and are coming out of their shells so much - so I hope that convinces you to give me a chance too.
I truly hope I hit the jackpot just like they did, a forever home with a room or safe area of my own (even a crate or caboodle) for me to live in whilst I learn to trust you. It may take a few months for me to settle down, and maybe even a couple of more for me to truly reach my full potential and learn to be a smooch - but I promise, if you put the time and effort into me I will reward you with endless, devoted love for you - and only you. It’s a truly special feeling.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I would be best suited to a home with no young children, or children at all. However if you are able to give me my own area where I can be separated from the children for the first couple of months whilst I find my feet, I may learn to live with them in the future.
I would love another human friendly feline in my forever home that can teach me how to cat and show me humans are nothing to be afraid of. I currently live with a very big pup who I haven’t met face to face, but I’m used to her smell and the noise she makes, so with slow introductions I would adjust to living with a dog.
Likes / Dislikes
I dislike loud noises and sudden movements. I love food - I currently eat wet food twice a day with biscuits available for me to pick at 24/7. I am fully litter trained using both a covered and uncovered litter tray - I’m not fussy and I’ve never had an accident! ✅
My PURR-fect home would be a quiet home with another cat for me to be friends with, a home without children would be best for me. I would love a home where I can learn to trust my humans at my own pace, so someone who is willing to commit to giving me a few months to learn my place! After living a long life on the street, I wouldn’t mind living inside for the rest of my life - I’ll have more time to learn to trust people that way!
