About Bluey ~ 9mo Cattle Dog X Kelpie(On Trial 19/10/21)
Introducing Bluey! Bluey is a super sweet, super intelligent, 9 month old Cattle Dog x Kelpie. This little girl is people and dog friendly, trainable and ready to be part of your active family lifestyle.
Bluey (also answering to boo boo) loves to play and run around in the yard with her foster
brother, above all, fetch is her favourite game. Bluey would gladly play fetch with her humans for as long as you’ll allow.
Play aside, Bluey also loves a cuddle and will glady snuggle up next to you on the lounge at
night time should you allow her, otherwise I have no doubt Bluey will quickly take to her
designated sleep / rest area without too much trouble. She is a sweet girl, loves to give kisses and let you know she is happy to see you with extreme wiggle bum and tail wags. she can jump, however she's learning not to.
Bluey is toilet trained, walks well on a lead, she can sit and lay down on command, especially if food or a ball is involved. Still at puppy age, Bluey is a busy little girl who has a fair bit of energy to burn throughout the day. She will need to be adopted into a family that is committed to continuing her training and keeping her mind stimulated and occupied, she would be best suited to an active family with kelpie / cattle dog experience who has a companion dog for her to adopt as her sibling / play buddy.
Unfortunately Bluey will not suit being left at home alone whilst you head to work for 8 hours per day, applicants in this nature won’t be considered. Bluely will also need a home with 5-6ft colourbond (or equivalent) secure fencing with no small holes or gaps. She will not suit rural fencing.
For more information on Bluey or to enquire, please contact her foster carer, Elyse at elyseconnor@me.com
