About Widgee
Widgee is a very sweet, quiet girl who’s hobbies including chasing flying bugs, stealing shoes, snacking and sleeping. She gets along well with other dogs but is quite shy and submissive so a high energy friend will be a bit overwhelming for her. She’s had a rough start with humans but is building her trust up and really loves her pats and cuddles. A Queensland girl at heart the cold Melbourne nights are a bit too much to handle so a warm place inside to sleep is a must.
Widgee rarely jumps up on people or barks and may be ok living in a home with dog savvy children.
She doesn’t like being left alone so someone who is mostly home would be ideal.
While she is generally very well behaved (apart from sneaking the odd snack or two while no one’s looking) she has had no basic training and is only now learning to walk on the lead. She will need an owner dedicated to teaching her how to be the perfect little pup.
If Widgee sounds like the perfect best friend for you please fill out an application form on the All 4 Paws website: https://www.all4pawsdogrescue.com.au/dog-adoption-formexpression-of-interest.html
