About Penny
Look into those eyes, they are simply mesmerizing.....feels like they are looking straight at you, staring right into your soul!
If you feel that connection then young Penny might just be your soulmate. Penny is bright and happy and full of energy. She has had limited training thus far so would definitely benefit from some obedience training just to help her gain confidence and improve her manners and even just for the socialization aspect.
Being a working dog breed Penny has tonnes of energy and would love to find a new family who are active and adventurous and who would love her to tag along. She needs to keep busy to make sure she does not become bored and destructive.
High fences will be a must for this active girl to keep her safe and secure and for supplying the list of things she needs you will be rewarded by kisses and cuddles and loyalty from this most stunning soul.
Adoption details
Taking on a pet is a long-term commitment. Before adopting it is essential to research what type of animal would best suit your home and lifestyle.
All animals waiting for a new home can be found on the shelter website, or by visiting the shelter in person. All animals available for adoption are ready to be adopted straight away.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Campaspe Animal Shelter is making some operational changes, in place from Friday, 27 March.
Our team of staff and volunteers will continue to care for all animals at the shelter. Access to our services will now be by appointment only:
- Adoptions
Monday to Friday we will have two sessions a day available
10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 12pm
- All other services such as, surrenders, stray animals, reclaims and microchipping
o Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm
o Friday 10am – 4.45pm
o Saturday 9am – 1pm
o Sunday and public holidays 10am – 12.30pm
