About Steve DL2736
Steve is the most beautiful dog and we are shocked he hasn't been snapped up yet. This is good news for you, though. It means you still have a chance to get your application in!
Steve is gentle. Cuddly. Sweet. Shy.
He enjoys his walks, especially when he gets to meet other dogs. He truly lights up when he sees them. He is most content when he has people home for company, but the way he adores other dogs, we think he'd be beyond stoked to have a playmate at home too.
Steve is generally good on the lead, his only downfall is that he wants to sniff everything, but that's what noses are for, right? He is beginning to learn that toys are fun and he will entertain you with his new-found enthusiasm. He pounces on his toys and gets all hyped up for a walk and it's the sweetest. thing. ever.
He sleeps most of the day, unless you move, then he'll follow you. He is still very sensitive and gets scared easily, but that is just Steve. He is shy around new visitors and will bark because he is scared. He hasn't met any children, and while he is very gentle, he'd likely prefer a calmer home without the chaos of kids. Not yet cat tested.
It is a delight watching Steve's cheeky and playful side emerge. You are going to feel so proud of Steve as he continues to come out of his shell.
Make sure you've got a comfy spot on the couch ready for this snuggly boy... Now, email DFLadoption@gmail.com to apply!
