I was surrendered to Lort Smith when I was found to be in a lot of discomfort and having trouble toileting. It turns out I had a blockage that was preventing me from urinating (ouch!). Luckily I was able to have surgery to fix this and I am now feeling fabulous!

Never in my 9 lives did I think I would find myself in this position, but here I am, searching for my forever family! I’m a big gorgeous boy with a beautiful personality. I like receiving pats and cuddles and can become quite the chatty guy when I’m feeling happy and comfortable.

I’m hoping my new family will allow me curl up on the end of their bed while we watch my favourite movies on Pet-flix, I will also need my beautiful red locks brushed regularly to ensure they stay tangle free.

I’m on the mend and feeling much better, but need to be in a low-stress home. I will need to be the only animal in the home, and would prefer no young children as they can be a little too much for my relaxed nature. I will also be on a special food for the rest of my life that will help prevent this from happening again.
