Maddy

Matty & Maddy's foster parents report: "Patience is key with these two and we can promise it is absolutely worth it!
When they came to us they were timid, shy & afraid and hisses were common. We provided multiple “safe spots” for them to retreat to and we made sure we didn't demand anything of them. We gave them lots of time to adjust and believe this allowed them to relax and feel comfortable.

Fast forward to now ..... they have both come such a long way and we couldn't be more proud of them. Hisses are now a thing of the past and their safe spots are rarely used. They trust us and are now such beautiful, loving cats.

Maddy (calico) is an independent little madam. She demands attention & is very cheeky! She always lets you know when she needs something and when she’s not running amuck with Matt, she loves to watch the birds outside or cuddle up on the couch.

Matty (ginger) is a big, vulnerable softy. It took a while before he was comfortable with being touched and there were times when we thought that it would never happen, but now he meows to let us know he’s ready for pats, especially when he's sleepy. He loves play time and is very happy playing on his own, making use of a snapped hair tie or piece of string and carrying them around everywhere and sometimes into bed!

Both Maddy and Matty love food, climbing up high and doing zoomies down the hallway. They both dislike the vacuum cleaner, the smell of vegetables & their requests for attention being ignored.(Just like kids really...). They are an awesome twosome and need to be re-homed together.

Matty and Maddy are currently in foster care in Maroubra. Due to current COVID movement restrictions a meet and greet would  happen via Facetime.
