About Bailey
A bit about Bailey from his foster mum.
Bailey is....... perfect. Happy to be on his own or in a pack of dogs. Obedient to a fault and comes when called. Soft and sweet but loves a bit of play time. Sleeps inside at night and never has an accident. Doesn't bark unless he really, really has to. Is gentle and sweet yet loyal and protective. Very well behaved but also a little cheeky and fun. He is such a good boy and anyone would be lucky to have him as their companion. Been an amazing foster and the house will feel less without his joy in it. He better go to people that are deserving of his perfection. Loved having him as part of our family. Will be very missed!!

Medical notes
Baileys back legs knock together sometimes. We have had this xrayed and what the vet has said follows:
Bailey had radiographs of both hips. The hips were radiographically normal. There was no evidence of hip dysplasia. On the left elbow, a pea sized fibrous mass was noted. It has no association with the elbow joint. Surgical excision is possible, but not necessary at this time, as there is no evidence of lameness.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
