About Elsa
Elsa is a 5 year old brindle French bulldog, who came into care after her elderly female owner died. She is quite strong willed and likes to have things her own way, as she has been indulged. She can be territorial and bossy, but some training with her will quickly correct this, as the foster carer has noticed she will back down if she accepts you are.
She loves human company and likes to be around you. Someone home more often than not would be ideal.
She walks well on the lead and loves her walks. She sleeps in a crate at night and on a mat in the day, or at your feet. She loves cuddles on the couch and some play time.
She is fed twice a day and loves any dry treat. A word of caution - she will projectile vomit with anything greasy or anything made with too much water. Her favourite toys are basically anything fluffy and squeaky.
She does bark - if the wind blows the wrong way it's in trouble! Some training with this will help.
She has lived with cats and is used to having them around.
Elsa had skin issues which require weekly baths with a medicated shampoo and is on medication at the moment and is responding well to it. A salmon/sardine based dry food is best for her.
No interstate adoptions. Elsa will only be rehomed in Victoria
Medical notes
Elsa has a skin condition which will require her to be bathed with medicated shampoo weekly. She is currently on some medication which will need to be continued or a for a few weeks.
