Gracie - 1 year old female (on trial 02/10/2021)

We have a rare beauty up for adoption - Please let me introduce you to Gracie, the 18 month beautiful FEMALE ginger. A huge 80% of all ginger cats are male, so she is extra special!

Gracie is a gorgeous, fluffy, ginger female with white socks. She is a stunning cat with lots of love to give. She is quiet - doesn't really meow at all, and has a gentle purr. Once settled, she is very smoochy. She loves brushing up against her humans' legs and giving gentle head butts. She also seems to love climbing into bed for a snuggle.

Gracie loves her toys and does like to play. A cat tower would be fantastic and she does use her scratching post. She isn’t fussy with her food and quite food orientated. Of course, being the lady she is, she is litter trained.

She would thrive as an only pet as other pets may be a bit overwhelming and stressful for her. Also, we feel a family with young kids would not suit as she does become nervous with loud noises and will take herself off for some quiet time when startled. We feel a family with teenagers would be fine. She might be a little too playful for anyone elderly as can forget she has claws. We are looking for a quieter home for her but would like an owner that will pay her attention, play and stimulate her, someone that understands cats.

Gracie will need some time to adjust to her new home but once she has settled, she will make a lovely friend for someone.

Gracie must be a strictly indoor cat unless you have a secure cat enclosure for a little outdoor time.

Gracie is up to date with her vaccinations and is microchipped and desexed. She is care in Newcastle and is only up for adoption within the Newcastle, Hunter, Central Coast and Port Stephens areas. Her adoption fee is $150.
