About Billie ~ 1.5yr Old GSD (On Trial 2/10/21)
Hi my name is Billie and I am a stunning 1.5yr old female German Shepherd. Through changes in circumstances, I am on search for a new home, a home with an active family that is willing to spend lots of time with me.
I am a very friendly girl, who has been well socialised and has lots of energy. My new home needs to have plenty of space to run and my new family needs to be committed to meeting my exercise needs. I get along with other dogs, but am also use to being an only dog. A home with another active dog like me would be great, but not essential if my new owner has lots of time for me. I am looking for a home where I won’t be left alone for full time hours.
I want a family that is committed to spending lots of time with me and incorporating me into their daily lives. I am housetrained and need to be allowed inside all the time. I do have some basic training. I can sit, shake and drop. I could do with some more training walking on a lead as I do pull and dart from side to side. I just get so excited being out, I’m sure I will improve
with a consistent walking routine, I am pretty smart.
As I am a young dog, I do get excited and can jump up initially, so I need a household without small kids. I might knock them over, plus I want my new owner all to myself. I am untested with cats and pocket pets. A new home with experience in the breed or a similar breed would be a big plus.
I am currently in foster care near Newcastle, NSW, I am NOT available for adoption interstate. If you are interested in adopting me then please fill out the adoption questionnaire here

My foster carer Melissa will review these applications carefully to make sure my new home is the perfect fit for me. To follow up your application, you can contact Melissa on melissapollo64@gmail.com
My adoption fee is $700 and I am desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas and worms
