Meet Hastings! Darling Hastings was brought in to the shelter with a debilitating leg wound, which resulted in the unfortunate (but lifesaving) amputation of his left hind leg. Hastings was sent to foster care to heal, where he captured the hearts and laps of his entire foster family. He is affectionate, chatty, attention seeking, and playful, and would love a home where he will be loved and cherished by another amazing family. He has previously lived with other cats, though we don't know how he would be meeting a new feline, he may cope with slow introductions. He will need to be an indoor only cat, and his new family will need to understand the obligations they will undertake in owning a tripod animal (particularly as he gets older and the importance of maintaining his weight).
