Benjiro is a big smooch. Loves to play and is very loyal. Your lap will be his favourite place in the world, and he has the most creative sleeping positions. He’s a big boy with velvety fur, lots of skin and big paws to grow into! He’s very food driven and a simple “what’s this?” will see him bound across the room and sit at your feet for a treat.

He loves a cuddle and settles very quickly when there’s a warm lap on offer. He’s very loyal and will follow you wherever you go. He’s very affectionate and has loved every human he has met so far. Has been tested with two larger, older dogs, as well as growing up in care with his sister, and gets along well with all. So far he has not met any cats. He loves his toys and gets very excitable with them in play.

Toilet training is coming along, he knows not to go inside, and will sit and wait at the door to be let out. He would benefit from another dog to teach him the ropes and help him burn some energy! Must have a family committed to ongoing training and socialisation, both of which he has been very responsive to so far. He’ll be a very big boy, and will need these tools when he finally grows into his skin.

Benjiro is a sweet, cuddly, loyal, loving boy, and he’ll make a family very happy.
