About 5886/5887 - Maja & Micah
🐈⬛🐱 INTRODUCING MAJA AND MICAH 🐱🐈⬛
Hi there potential FUR-ever fam! My name is Maja, and I'm here to introduce myself and my sister, Micah.
We are a sweet playful pair who were rescued by the Angels when we were found hungry and scared on the streets as strays. It took us a little while to get used to the indoor life and our Foster Mum, but boy are we happy now! We have warm cosy beds to snuggle in, toys to play with and lots of yummy food to gobble up!
🐱 Micah - I LOVE my brother! We are super close, and although I’d like to be her protector, she is the more outgoing and braver one out of the two of us. She likes to interact with the hoomans of the house and be a part of things. She is comfortable with our Foster Mum and now goes to her for scratches and snuggles on the couch, and is even happy to get her tummy rubbed sometimes!!
🐈⬛ Maja - me on the other hand am a little more cautious and much slower to trust you hoomans. My Foster Mum hasn’t been able to pat me yet, but I do go up to her and eat those YUMMY tuna creamy treats from her hand! I also feel comfortable enough to sit on the couch opposite her and watch Netflix together with the family.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Both my sister and I are happy to live with other friendly cats and may do ok with a friendly dog too if we have a slow introduction. I think we would be ok with older children, but not younger ones, they would probably be a bit too boisterous for us. We are pretty easygoing, but we do get scared and hide when there is too much noise or activity.
Likes / Dislikes
Well, like all growing teenagers we looooove our food, and come running every time we hear our Foster Mum rustling in the pantry! We have wet food morning and night with biscuit snacks and creamy treats occasionally throughout the day. We also both love to play! We chase and wrestle each other and climb up the cat tower racing to the top. We have a play mat with a laser toy and a sneaky mouse toy that keeps us entertained for hours. Although, not my cup of tea, my sister also likes those head scratches and tummy rubs our foster Mum gives her. I prefer to just snuggle up with my sister on the couch and dream of climbing trees and chasing butterflies.
We don’t like loud noises, sudden movements, or too much frantic energy in the house. Neither of us likes to be picked up, and I'm scared to be patted, by my foster Mum thinks with some time and patience, I will become a snuggle bug like my sister too one day.
Our PURR-fect home would be with a family that understands that we will need time to settle and who are patient enough to help me come out of my shell. We won’t need you around ALL the time if we have another kitty friend for company or you could even adopt us together, we would love to stay together for ever if we could. However, we still need and want lots of love and attention. Our biggest wish is to have a place to call home and to be part of a loving family that adores us.
