About Peppi
I am trying a new home to see if i like it. Peppi is a very social puppy and, as he is still quite young, peppi will benefit from some basic obedience training and practice walking on the lead. Peppi is a fairly quiet dog at the moment and enjoys the company of his two legged foster family but gets along equally well with his doggy foster brothers and sisters. Peppi shows no sign of aggression when having his dinner alongside the other dogs and he loves to sit and have cuddles and pats. Peppi has the most beautiful little face and is so excited to greet you in the morning after he has slept quietly all night long. Peppi is a house dog with a coat that will require some grooming and trimming to keep him looking lovely. He would enjoy a home with another small dog for company and an energetic family who will take him walking and play games with him. Update 22 october: now that peppi has been in foster care for a little while it has become very obvious what a super little dog he is. He is walking beautifully on the lead, just stopping politely to sniff and say ‘hello’ to the other dogs who are out and about and then he is back on his merry way. Peppi is the perfect passenger in the car, happy to take advantage of the quiet time to have a nap or just a little look out the window at the world going by. And best of all, when it comes to using the doggy door he is a ‘pro’. . . . Peppi's foster family did not even have to teach him, he taught himself how to go in and out just by watching the other dogs. This bright little star has not had one toileting accident! he is currently learning to sit for a treat and, as he is so clever, will have it down pat in no time. Peppi really enjoyed the company of a visiting dog of similar age and they played tug-a-war with their little toy endlessly. He is such a playful little boy we can’t help but feel that the best home for him would be one with another young desexed dog to be his playmate. Peppi comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $350 and is not available for adoption outside nsw. If you would like more information on peppi or to arrange to meet him, please phone 0466 690916 (between 8am and 7pm only) or email using adoption enquiry as your subject heading.
