About Ivy
Ivy loves being with people! She would be best suited to an active home, she could be suited to a home with small children however this would need training as she can be playful and tends to knock them over when shes excited! Ivy is currently fostered with young children and is learning she's not a lap dog and to be gentle! Ivy plays fetch and tug of war and enjoys walks! She has basic training, but is very quick to learn new things. Ivy requires a large back yard with secure tall fencing with or without other dogs, and is not suited to a home with outside cats. Ivy's ideal home is being allowed to be a couch potato and taken for daily walks! As ivy's breeds suggest it is presumed she is a staghound x working dog mix. How ever she is the size of a kelpie with a short coat!
Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting a companion animal, please message us. You will need to complete an application form, which will be assessed along with any others that have come in at the same time. You can meet the pet before or after applying. In some cases more than one meeting may be required.
We may also conduct a home check to make sure that things like fencing are suitable for the pet, and provide advice on helping the new pet settle in.
If your application is approved, the pet can go to your home on a two week trial once the adoption fee is paid.
If for any reason the trial is not successful, the adoption fee will be refunded less a $25 admin fee.
Email is preferred, but phone numbers are listed. Phone number 1 is Marie and ph no 2 is Jessie :)
