About Lenny
Meet Lenny
This beautiful 7month old boy is up for adoption after being returned to care last month.
Lenny is a beautiful black and white man, with lovely soft short to medium fur and a nice big fluffy tail.
Lenny had a vocalisation issue and cried/whined a lot in his old home and despite great effort, his family felt it was best to find him a new home. For this reason, we will be very particular about his new home, as we really hope that his next home will be his forever home, so we need to make sure it’s the purrfect home for him.
Since coming into care, Lenny’s foster mum is on maternity leave, so home a lot with him. He has also become great mates with one of his foster brothers, a young and lively, cat friendly resident cat. Since he settled into his foster home, he has been a happy, easy going boy, who really only meows when he’s hungry.
We believe Lenny would be suited to a home where his owner will be home most of the time. (This is not including those who work from home just during covid, as it will likely cause him great stress when you return to the office full time).
We also believe that a young cat friendly cat would make a great buddy for him. He loves racing around, tumbling and wresting with his cat friend, which we believe has also helped reduce his stress crying.
Lenny is a lovely friendly boy, who loves curling up on the couch in the sun, on your lap for pats or next to you for snuggles. He’s slowly made his way onto the bed, but is a bit reluctant as the older resident cat who sleeps on the bed scares him a bit.
If you think you may have a suitable home for Lenny, please send us a message with a bit about yourself and the home you have to offer.
Lenny needs an indoor only home with access to a cat run if possible.
