About Rowan
Looking for a new best friend? Meet Rowan, the snuggly ginger ninja of your dreams 🥰
Rowan lived with his previous owners all his life before finding himself at the pound, through no fault of his own. Now heading into his golden years, Rowan is looking for the perfect someone to spend lazy evenings with, snuggle on the couch and play with wand toys.
Rowan is a friendly and affection senior gent who loves being with his people. He will follow you around during the day and sleep right by yourside at night (or on your back!)
Rowan's been through alot of change in the last few weeks and needs kindness and patience to make him feel safe in his new home. We are confident with slow introductions he will get along well with any chilled out and respectful human or fur siblings.
If you feel you will be the perfect retirement home for Rowan then please visit our website for an application form 🐈

Adoption details
Firstly you will need to complete an application with your name and address and contact details for the microchip records. Our online application form is available on our website https://radarescue.org/adoption
Or an application form can be requested by using the Email Carer feature on the pet's listing.
Please note that while we consider all applications in the order in which we receive them, our animals are not adopted out on a first come, first served basis. Our objective is to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable ‘forever’ home available to meet the animal's (and the person’s) characteristics and needs.
The final decision about which new home the animal goes to is made by the foster carer based on their knowledge and understanding of the potential home and the personality of the individual animal. Sometimes it may take several enquiries before you find the right RADAR furry friend for you!
We will need a non-refundable holding deposit of $50 minimum to hold a pet for you whilst awaiting everything to be finalised, however this amount is deducted from the adoption fee.
RADAR expects full payment on exchange of the pet or prior to it leaving on transport.
RADAR expects you to be responsible for transport costs. We can help source appropriate transport options or help find accommodation if you need to travel and stay overnight.
It is understood that if all goes wrong that you can return the pet safely and unharmed to RADAR for a full refund within two weeks of the adoption.
