Serina's eyes well up when she sits next to you on the couch and looks into your eyes, all while she puts her head deep into your lap because she knows she is safe and loved.
Serina is one very friendly dog. She is trained with all the basic commands and is very, very family oriented. She has shown great calm and patience with kids of all ages and temperaments. One child patted her and played dress-ups with her for over an hour and she lapped it up.
Serina loves being involved in chores; she even makes herself at home right in the middle of things just so you know she has your back. She loves going for drives and would follow you every time if she could. She'll need high fences (6ft) as she has a good jump on her. She's not an escape artist however.
She is at home most of the time on a couch in front of the TV or sun baking on a mat by the door. She sleeps a lot but when she is ready to play with another dog she does this little two foot shuffle and puts her bottom up ready to go.
Serina is best suited to a home with a laid back older male dog (around the same size) or as an only-dog with an owner who is home most of the time. She is not tested with cats currently.
Serina should go to someone willing to spend the rest of her life with her. She has a mountain full of love to give and endless trust. She would be suitable for any household that’s looking for a super-chilled and adaptable dog.
