Astrid is the ideal companion for your older cat – she looks up to older kitties and will often be found right by their side. For this reason we are looking for a home where Astrid will have a friendly older cat companion to adore.

Astrid is a vocal girl, and she loves to engage you and try to communicate her needs. While not a demanding kitten, Astrid does like to let people know that she is around and she would like some pats please.

Astrid is a playful girl and she loves to run laps up and down the house when the mood overtakes her. While she’s not much of an explorer, Astrid does like to climb so you’ll need to provide her with a cat climber in her new home too.

Astrid would need to be introduced slowly to her cat companion to get the relationship off on the right paw. This would mean keeping her separated from the kitty for the first few days and scent swapping before slowly letting them meet.

This will help your kitties build the loving relationship that Astrid seeks. While she loves her people, Astrid really adores being in the company of an older cat. You’ll find her curled up asleep or just basking in the cat’s company.

Astrid would suit a home with older children rather than very little ones. She has not been tested on dogs and for this reason we do not want her to go to a home with a dog/dogs. Astrid has been living in an apartment so would be fine in a house or in an apartment.
