Please note, Lotus is larger than normal Beagle size - she is crossed with a large breed dog, and weighs approx. 15kg.

Lotus is such a gentle and affectionate dog. She loves to play in the yard and fetch the ball, although she loves a little tug-of-war to get the ball back.

She bonds very quickly with small children and is very gentle. She doesn't lick but might hand you her paw in request for a pat.

Lotus loves going for a walk but needs some more lead training to teach her not to pull. She can become over-excited around other dogs. We have not experienced her with a cat.

She can jump high and will need a large fence. She doesn't try to dart passed you to get out the door which is great. She loves to be trained and is a quick learner.
