About Reese
Reese and his litter mates are looking for loving homes. Reese is a happy, healthy pup who will most likely be a medium sized dog once he's full grown. He is a typical puppy who is young enough to adapt to other pets and gentle children with careful introduction and supervision.
Some things to remember when considering adopting a pup: a pup will take up lots of your time. When a bit older, he will need lots of interaction with you, his family members. He will require socialisation (meeting other dogs so he grows up getting on with new pooches), training, playtime and grooming. Puppies can't spend all day on their own or will get lonely, bored and frustrated - this can lead to chewing, digging or nuisance barking. It's good to provide enrichment such as chew toys, Kong etc and important to consider your work hours and if they suit a puppy.
If you can commit to providing Reese with a loving, active home, please drop us an enquiry. Reese will be available to adopt as of 21 September. Note that we will only consider applications received on the SAFE Bunbury Enquiry Form, either via our SAFE website.
MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, flea and worm treatment, puppy vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership) and sterilisation at 6 months at a SAFE approved vet clinic.
ADOPTION DETAILS
Adoption Fee $750
Our adoption process includes a meet-and-greet with you (incl dog if you already have one); a property check and a 2 week trial period to ensure your chosen pet is the right fit for your home. We will need to sight your dog's current vaccination record before you meet the pup if applicable.
Adoption fee must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we can't accept cash). SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your pet's microchip once the trial period is completed.
To arrange sterilisation of the pup at 6 months old, a SAFE approved vet clinic (see below) should be selected at time of adopting the pup:
Blair Street Veterinary Hospital, Bunbury
Busselton Veterinary Hospital, Busselton
Ninth Street Vet Clinic, Harvey
Halls Head Small Animal Clinic, Halls Head
Caryn Vet Hospital, Edgewater
Kingsley Veterinary Hospital, Kingsley
Ocean Keys Vet, Clarkson
South Metropolitan TAFE Vet Clinic, Bentley (during semester)
Swan Veterinary Hospital, Midvale
If you live outside the Bunbury area, contact us re how to arrange sterilisation.
