Dallas

Dallas may have a tiny little body with stumpy little legs but his personality is as big as his ears!

Dallas came into SAFE's care with his 2 older female sisters. It was clear that the 2 girls were the confident ones and Dallas let them rule the pack. After separating from his sisters and going to his own foster home, Dallas's little personality begin to shine. Although he is now living with 2 medium sized dogs (which look very large in his little eyes), he doesn't let this stop him from keeping up and joining in with the tug of war and rough play.

Dallas is not yet toilet trained, however if he is taken out every hour or so and especially after he eats his meals, he will use this opportunity to go to the toilet in the correct area. Encouragement and even a treat each time he goes in the right spot should help him along his way.

Dallas still needs some time and patience in getting used to being on his own. He is happy to stay outside with his dog friend's. But when on his own he tends to cry and scratch at the door.

Dallas is still very young and has sharp little teeth. He will need lots of toys and stimulation while he grows into his new teeth to avoid any unwanted bites.

Being a puppy, Dallas has lots of growing, developing and learning ahead of him. We hope he will find a family who will take the time and patience to grow with him. He has been a pleasure to look after and his new home will be very lucky to have this little boy join their family.
