About Moon
Meet the beautiful grey tabby, Moon. Moon is around 6-9 months old and is still learning to love humans.
Moon came into care in the middle of giving birth to her 3 little kittens, those kittens have moved on to her forever homes and now Moon is living her best life sleeping in the sun and watching birds out the window. She loves her snuggle bed and often jumps around the room and finishes with a high jump to land perfectly in her favourite bed. She is a big fan of playing with all different objects around the house, her favourite are pens and pencils which she will steal and put into her favourite bed ready for play time. She also has a stash of bits and pieces under her foster mums bed which she likes to play with in the middle of the night. She gets along brilliantly with all her feline foster siblings and dosen't mind her jumpy Labrador foster sister. Her favourite past time if it isn't watching the world go by is walking around the house making her unique meowing sound.
Moon is looking for a forever home that will give her the time and patience he needs to come around to understand humans are great. Being a shy girl Moon would like a forever family with older children or only adults. She has started to like human scratches from humans shes knows, it will take some time for her to like scratches from her forever family. When she is feeling brave she will walk up to her foster mum and have a sniff or just come to have a good chat. She is more than happy to sit on the lounge next to humans, hang out near them and play near them, she is just limited in how much she likes being touched. We are still working on her comfort with being picked up.
Moon has been vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, microchipped and desexed. All she is missing is the special family who will give her a loving home to be spoiled and loved and who will let he come around to loving humans.
