About Ted
Dear little Ted was found by Council Rangers, running up the road in a rural town. They picked him up, scanned him (no microchip) so placed him at the pound. No-one came looking for him, and we were asked if we could take him.
Ted had an obvious ‘wonky leg’ and so we went straight to the vet for a consult.
He was found to have an old, severe break to his lower leg that had had no treatment, and had healed wrongly. She advised amputation.
Ted had his surgery on 10th September and has recovered beautifully. He is getting around independently, and can happily hop up on the couch for a snooze.
He is a lovely boy who is now toilet trained and adores human company.
He gets on well with the other small dogs in care with him.
PLEASE NOTE: we are located in Moree, northern NSW.
