Hi Rex here. I am a handsome boy, and a big lad to boot. If you are looking for some fun in your life then please choose me! I am a big, goofy, loveable boy who loves being around people, leaning in for cuddles and attention. I am best suited to a calm home with structure and routine where someone is home more often than not and where I am allowed indoors as part of the family. Having a calm, quiet space of my own (eg crate, mat or bed), where I can settle if things get a bit overwhelming, would be great. I can be a little anxious in new environments. I will need regular walks and continued basic training for mental and physical stimulation. I can be destructive when bored so will need to be provided with plenty of toys, enrichment and things to do. Feeding me from enrichment - snuffle mats, kongs, milk bottles, puzzles etc - will also give me stimulating puzzles to think about. I am a big boy and can be strong on lead so am looking for an owner who can match my strength and who will teach me to walk appropriately on a lead and harness. If I am to live with another dog, preferably a calm social female of similar size, we will need to meet at time of adoption. I can be quite bouncy and boisterous so need her to help me perfect my manners.
