CHARLIE is a bubbly, bouncy bundle of joy. He loves to play tug-o-war, fetch, soccer or anything to do with balls. He loves to have something to chew & is also a fan of trips in the car.

Although he’s bouncy like boxers, he is a different dog when he’s near kids of any age! People are amazed at how he does NOT knock kids over but instead is so calm and settled when close to them.

CHARLIE is very friendly toward dogs & loves playing/bouncing around with them. He’s a little excitable around farm animals - not in an aggressive way - it is simply too risky to have him around calves, sheep or horses. He does NOT like cats, sorry cat lovers.

He now walks beautifully on the lead (just needs an occasional reminder) & he runs nicely beside the bike too. You can take him for a walk/run beside the bike each morning, and he sleeps all day - he is just a joy.

CHARLIE completed puppy school and learnt how to sit, stay, drop and shake hands! He is the most loving, affectionate boy, easy to train as he just wants to please.

He is toilet trained and knows how to use a doggy door. CHARLIE can be left inside when home alone; he DOESN’T CHEW OR WRECK ANYTHING, and there is no sign of anxiety when left alone. He doesn’t bark, not even at strangers coming to the door but does get up and alert you to someone coming to the door. He is not a fence jumper or digger.

He is ever so gentle when taking food from your hands, plus you can take his food/bowl away from him whilst eating, and he just looks at you.

He will bring you genuine Boxer joy, and he REALLY NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Charlie was diagnosed with a mild kidney issue and needs to stay on renal food. Currently, that is all that is needed to manage his condition. He will need 2-3 vet checks a year to make sure to stay on top of things.
