Handsome boy Ghost is looking for a place to call home.
Can you believe that at only 10 months of age Ghost has already had SIX homes (that we know of, there could even be more)? This is not because Ghost is a bad dog but because he’s a scared deaf puppy and no one has kept him long enough to see what an absolute sweetheart he really is and given him the time, and consistency that he desperately needs to settle into a home.
Luckily for Ghost he found his way to the amazing team at Best Friends Rescue. They quickly realised that he is a sensitive gentle dog that needed to be trained and shown how to be the best boy he can possibly be. In the short time Ghost has been in care he has come such a long way. He now enjoys play dates with other calm gentle dogs, is learning to “check in” with his humans, walk nicely on lead, understand basic commands, come when called and most importantly to trust the humans around him. He still has a way to go and lots more to learn but that’s all going to come with time, consistency and lots of love.
Ghost is a pretty dog, but he’s looking for a family that is looking for more than just a “pretty dog”. He’s looking for a family that are going to love him, keep his training ongoing (full support will be provided) accept him for the dog he is, and be his “Happy Ever After”.
